Whether you are a very experienced meeting planner or arranging a meeting for the first time, you will have a Hyatt meeting professional to help you every step of the way to make sure that everything runs smoothly.
- Once the meeting has been confirmed, Hyatt will assign a dedicated meeting planner who will work directly with you, who will understand your needs, and who will ensure that the hotel staff delivers seamlessly.
- They will find the meeting space and room configuration that best fits your needs.
- They will help you figure out the guest rooms required, as well as check-in and check-out times to ensure guests are not held up.
- Our planners will help plan menus and refreshments throughout the event.
- They will ensure technology requirements are taken care of.
- Our planners can help arrange breakout areas, meeting areas, etc.
- They can help make recommendations and help book team-building or relaxation activities (e.g., restaurants, sporting events, local attractions)
- Our planners can also help coordinate transportation.
