Offer is valid for new events booked by 10/31/2012 and held between 2/16/2012 and 12/16/2012 at Hyatt Regency Denver Tech Center. Offer is valid for meetings and group incentives with 10 or more paid room nights at peak in accordance with the Sales Contract and includes the options listed above. Offer not valid in conjunction with previously booked or held meetings or events and may not be combined with other promotional offers. Meeting or incentive is subject to availability of function space and guest rooms at time of booking. Blackout dates may apply. Triple Hyatt Gold Passport Planner Rewards Bonus Points: Meeting Planner can receive triple the bonus points they would otherwise earn in conjunction with the Hyatt Planner Rewards program when a meeting of 10 or more rooms is actualized. The earning of points in conjunction with Hyatt Gold Passport Planner Rewards is subject to Hyatt Gold Passport Planner Rewards and applicable Hyatt Gold Passport terms and conditions. Planner must be enrolled in Hyatt Gold Passport® to receive Triple Planner Rewards points. To join Hyatt Gold Passport, enroll at hotel at time of booking or visit goldpassport.com. Bonuses will be credited to planner's account 6 to 8 weeks after the event has been held and paid for in accordance with the Sales Contract.

3% Meeting Rebate: Offer may include a 3% instant rebate off of Qualifying Charges on the total final pre-tax Master Bill. The 3% instant rebate is applicable only on eligible guestroom, food and beverage (on non-labor costs) and meeting facility charges associated with the event. Other incidental charges incurred at any hotel restaurants, shops and spa that are not stated in the sales contract and applied to the total final Master Bill are not covered by this offer. Qualifying Charges do not include any surcharges, gratuities, hotel fees, taxes or third-party charges by contractors (i.e.: florists, equipment rental, in house A/V company, simultaneous translators, or event/venue decorators etc). 3% Rebate is payable on commissionable business. Rebate is payable to the company or organization holding the meeting and paying the Master Bill and will be issued as a credit on the final Master Bill, excluding non-qualifying charges as noted above, paid for in accordance with the terms of the Sales Contract.
